I just looked at the B44 manual (it's been a while since I looked at it!), you're right, there are NO dimensions. But the drawings are 1:1 so the instructions are assuming the builder will just measure their tie rod by comparing it against the picture...
Just take a caliper to the drawings I suppose. But knowing the EXACT dimension is useless... There's always some fine adjustments you have to make due to the tolerances of all the parts combined, including the tires and wheels, which WILL offset your camber, toe-in toe-out.
