For 10.5 I'd recommend Dbl pink fronts and dbl pink rears. Hard to say for sure since I haven't really run it yet myself recently. But you will not be able to get away with a gray rear tire.
For the high RC cones in the back. Going to the rev5L you have less weight (lipo) and it is lower (pocketed chassis) so the higher roll center allows the car to throw the weight around. Guys that didn't get the lipo chassis and are running a rev 5 chassis are still running low roll cones.
Edit: Also I never changed my setup at all when grip came up. Same thing I ran at home worked money in Vegas. My base seems to be .018 fronts, dbl pink/gray. Only thing that really changes is spooge, glue and body based upon layouts, mainly chicanes.
