Have you put new batteries in the TX? Also at what range is this taking effect, are you bashing at long ranges, or are you at a track???? I haven't noticed anything with mine... Is it possible that you got water in the receiver?

See where I am going, there are alot of variables that could chime in to why it is "glitching". Try giving spektrum a call also and see what they have to say about it.
