Just a bit of an update.
Unfortunately i was unable to return the controller during the summer.
So instead i purchased a new CRX thinking i can use this one while i return the older one for repair.
Unfortunately the new one doesn't work and although i've opened a new ticket with multiplex no ones responded in a week.
The new one seems to have a bad connection at the battery, as the controller socket is extremely loose.
I've contacted the shop i purchased it from, they have told me that Hitec Europe will not allow them to send me a replacement.
It must be sent away for repair (multiplex i guess).
Problem is, as i'm in Greece it takes 1 week for a package to arrive in the UK (where i purchased it from) it will then take a further week to get to Germany and back again then yet another week to get from the UK to Greece.
So even if they repair the unit within 10 mins i'm still going to be without a controller for 3 weeks at the very least.
Again this on a brand new controller.
I'm extremely unhappy.
