I've always wondered if they're gonna get serious in RC cars. Good news for me coz I've always been a fan of bargain performance. Been using their Xerun 120A in my touring car this whole year except for the last race last weekend because it lacked top end for the long straight. I also run their Ezrun 12T and 5.5T in my buggies but havent raced them simply because there aren't any ep buggy races here in Malaysia. 4 of my racing buddies were surprised at the performance that they also run Hobbywing esc's and motor in their buggies.
But I have to admit that the Xerun is starting to show its lack of ability to compete with the likes of Tekins, SPXs, KOs, GMs and Orca(Blardy fast) escs. However, I've installed Speed Passions 731c software on it and will be testing it out for next weeks race meet. It seems to have more timing advance and should help on the straights. Will see how it goes.
