When I connect my Hyperion 0610i to my laptop, I see it do the same thing, just not quite as often as yours is doing. I don't think that is causing probs with that rx pack.

The rx pac has another issue. Is this an older pac thats been sitting for a while? NiMH I would guess, so your charger may be false peaking. NiMHs should get hot (120-130F) when they peak. If the pac isn't getting hotwhen it charges, reset charger and charge it again. Some chargers have a peak delay that ignores an early failse peak for just this reason.

If its an older pac that s been sitting around, prob need to cycle (discharge, then charge and repeat) it a few times.
