It is a nice Bling-Bling ... but only for the first time you use it. After that, you can see right through it.
For me, a standard and simple windows-window with standard sliders and buttons would suffice or even be prefered.

I would like to see standard windows layout with sliders that work properly. Maybe use tabs to switch between the main functions so that the window can be made smaller to fit on small netbooks with lower screen resolutions than big laptops.
