No. The 550 is in CST (centistokes) which is a metric unit. CST is a linear system while WT is not. If I remember right, at the low end, they are somewhat close, but as you get thicker, they diverge enough to really matter. When I say low end, I mean like 20 WT / 200 CST.
If you are having a hard time finding a set of oils rated in CST, Tower carries Muchmore which is a well respected shock oil.
