The 007 front arms have 2 shock mount positions while the 008/009 has 1. The length of the arm is the same. The width at the arm on the inner pin is narrower on the 008/009 car. So you will need a total of 2mm shimming if you use a 008/009 arm on a 007.
The rear arms on the 007 are narrower and has 2 shock mount locations. Where as the 008/009 only has 1. We normally run the 007 rear arms on the 008/009 foam car not on the EU car.
Both 008/009 front and rear arm shock mount locations is the center between the 2 holes on the 007 arms.
I just did a side by side comparison and the center to center pin location on a 007 arm is about 1mm narrower that a 008/009 arm, so a narrower width would be attained if used.
