I used to have a Savage XL 5.9, its a 1/8th Scale Bash Truck Extraordinaire. A real bad mutha.
But then I got a Losi 8IGHT 2.0 Buggy, started racing and the Savage just sat, so I sold it and have not regretted it yet.
For you I would go with the 8IGHT T 2.0 RTR, and get :

It will look a little goofy being the new tires and wheels are nearly 7" tall, and the stock truggy wheels and tires are 5.5" but it wont be too bad and you will gain some ride height.
You will probably need to regear in order to keep strain off your driveline and engine due to the larger mass and diameter of the new wheels.
