crank the ovan full bore heat once at operating temp put in there for 20 mins and your bearings will just fall out , you shouldnt have to nock the new in but sometimes the old ones get stuck just remember to remove all your orings or you may not have any left
its easy i have done it this way many times get a set of good thick gloves mate bloody hot
Ive heard that when putting new bearings in a motor you can put the bearings in the freezer for a bit while you are heating up the block and when the block is up to temp you can put the frozen bearings in and they will fall right in. Is this true ?
