OK I now have two cracked RB TM523 blocks . Both cracked in the exact same place. Who do I need to speak with in customer service that has the authority to help resolve this matter and whats the number.I can't get anyone to return my emails.

Its easy to break a case. Cheap cast aluminum pot metal. If the engine mounts are off kilter, or excessive chassis flex. Or if you bolt the case down and use the bolts to "bring it in". Engine has to sit perfectly flat and easy, before you can bolt it down.
Maybe one day, we'll have billet blocks...........
