problem with tamiya is that their body sets are $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ compared to every1 else.
honestly i did some lookin, and the tt01e is not really a good brushless platform. low on space, but more importantly short on gear options. and if u bought a hot enuff motor that required the shorter ratio it has, most of those will systematically destroy the drivetrain in short order. really look at a tc4, cyclone S, or close to and slap the HPI on top. u'll be very happy and can race if u like.
