A significant amount of tire/Wheels from HPI will work on the Mini Slash. The 10th scale road tires come in various compounds and they have a rally tire that has some deeper treads. I beleive they are all 12mm hex so no adapters needed. Check out the HPI Racing website

I also understand that Tamiya has some tires that will work too. I am very interested in soft road tires for carpet.
