With the Head off when you turn it over at 3-4mm before top dead the cylinder lifts and you can barely push it back in.

yeah.. same goes to my XZ speed tuned. started to think, most OS have tight sleeve and crankcase fittings. even my dead TZ spec2 with no compression still giving me hard time to assemble.
