Which front bearing does everyone recommend? I checked A Main's website and most ceramic bearings got horrible ratings. The Boca regular double sealed bearing has two positive ratings though. I'm assuming that they want you to leave both seals in, meaning that the balls are actually not exposed.
It's always a good idea to change out the conrod, once broke in, any where from 1-2 gallons of fuel thru the engine, If not, I have in the past have had rod bushings go bad, after about 5 or 6 gallons of fuel, then either break the conrod, or spin inside the rod end and wipe out the piston, come off the crank and break the engine case. Boca bearing are good bearings, but, if you can get an original RB bearing, I would suggest to be the best for any engine.
