Isnt the mounting bolt too small for our chassis? we use those big 8-32 bolts, and they use the smaller 4-40 I thought.

All the current front ends need attention and care when building to insure the caster is the same on both sides. I think the R5 front end is the easiest to adjust and tune out of the big 3.
