The Spec 2 .21 has a slightly different piston/sleeve set the location of the wrist pin is different then the original case for the EVO3 also the new runs have a new carb completely this was a running change in the line. Now as the carb changed on the .21 they have also changed on the .12 as well. They have a steel slide as well as the other changes mentioned in the above post with the plastics and such. There is not a Spec2 EVO3 .12 though. At least that I have seen here in the states.
