I've only run Castle motors and a few Medusas and they don't seem tyo be able to be adjusted, the holes are fixed and there's no reference marks or graduations like on a brushed motor. Its esc to adjust timing. Castle's motors seem to run on the hot side and I wouldn't want to make it any worse. They make enough power that its a prob enough as it is, lol!
