Without modification, the bellcranks will most likely limit your steering throw, but it is still possible to get the knuckle to touch the c-hub if you wanted to, which I would consider full steering lock. I generally set my car with about a 1.5-2mm gap between the knuckle and c-hub when it is at full lock left or right. If you can get enough steering without having to even turn that far then your car will carry more cornerspeed because of less binding in the universal.
