Between 3 and 4mm is pretty standard for ride height. If it is different from side to side, the car is tweaked, unbalanced, or something is askew.
Use the rear axle carriers and shims under the front arms to adjust it. Center shock spring preload to adjust your front to back difference (front to back of the chassis, not front of chassis to rear of pod)
I like ceramic diff balls.
