From what I read in the rule book, the only guaranteed spots for the worlds are the A-main drivers at the Nats and anybody that made the A-main at the previous worlds. Everybody else has to petition to get a spot. Also Roar is only guaranteed 30 spots, but we will end up getting the unused spots from other IFMAR blocs.
