That is not a USPS tracking number. The #'s are in sets of 4 like this :

yes i know.... i pmed him back and he got me a tracking # 0309 1140 0000 6464 4327
i also asked him to email the Receipt and he did.... it has my city as the receiving city. so ill find out in 2-7 days......
