I am seeing that XRay and TC5 and Tamiya top of the list. Read some review and those are the one's I'm leaning to.

Questions.

On a TC5 review they talked about a 'spool' and that it's a must have. What is it, and does it come with the car?

What are the advantages/disadvantages foam verus rubber. I see that Associated and Xray make separate versions. For Xray the foam is the US version and rubber is the European version.

Also on the motor and esc choice. I run castle in my SC10 and my truck conversions, revo etc.

Is there a preferred brand for the on road?

I know it's alot of questions, but hell, that's what these forums are all about.
