i got mine all setup now minus the motor. The guy i bought it from said he rebuilt the diff but didn't put fluid in it. Is it important? Should i put fluid in it and also i hear everyone talking about shimming it. Do i have to do that and how?
Use the Ae black grease... & the shims are behind the pin that hold the outdrives...if its an early model the shims are to thin & will concave on you causing your gears to skip... call Ae & they will ship you some...they are now thicker to fix this problem
