he only has 14 posts maybe he has post envy! and a bump means if you post to the thread if its been sitting it will jump back up to the top or almost some people do it so they dont loose thier thread,or when thier on the buy and sell it will push your thread up keeps you at the top so poeple see your stuff your selling at least thats how i figured it out.
