I race with a couple of heavily sponsored guys and have heard them say there running 17.5 at Cleveland. My take on it is, it should be 17.5 for non sponsored and then 13.5 is the big boys. I would personally run SS cause I want to see if I can hang with them. Plus stock is no fun for me. There almost as fast as SS but they feel super slow. Really starting to look like 17.5 is gona be THE class for 1/12th as much as I hate to admit it.
