You're useing the stock King-Pins?? They maybe too long. Tightening down the king-pin too far may bind the steering block oval, not round like it suppose to. Loosen the king pin till pivot is free, not binding. Make note how many turns you loosen the kingpins.. Remove king-pin completely and dremel the access off, could be 2mm. Then tighten adjusting nut(411048) to where in moves freely.
You must have purchased one of the first model tat came out. Newer models have been upgraded since.
