The minimal voltage drop is the key really.
Most will say 70% due to the gradual drop.
I store either fully charged or 70. I "try" to store more at 70 so I get a good fresh charge when its time to run again.. But most times I end up charging to full, planning to run within a day or two... not expecting the rain to hold up for a week straight
