This 24 Amp PSU is deadly and there is nothing to protect the user
from serious injury. A fault with the unit can possibly make the case
live and or bring the output up to 240V.
If so, are they aware of it? is there a recall on the units? have you informed them? what gives?

Earthing is meant to be used for a reason.
