i've been using the bl+tc3 also.
for unlimited,i'm think 7.00 is good.
as for the stock profile(5/6) i'm still sliding down from 6.8 which i think is not fast enough(yes,the ESC was warm) i think i'm going to venture to 6.4 as well.
