Depends on what lipos, charge rate and such, but in general for typical 1/10 stuff I would say it’s probably cutting it pretty close if that.

Power supplies are almost always advertised with peak ratings, probably shouldn’t expect more than ~3.5 amps or so continuous. Given charger efficiency, display power and such, not much left for reliable charging power.

I would suggest looking for something closer to 10 amps. Maybe more if you might add a second charger anytime soon.
