I finally made a setup sheet. The car is running pretty good now. It still gets a bit loose in the rear about halfway through 5-6 minute runs even with new tires.

Oh, I'm not quite sure what shock oil is in the car now but I just received my shock oil so I will be trying 50/40 F/R this weekend unless someone has better solutions.
