As a general rule, you would charge 1C. So a 6000mah = 6amps. You can go lower, like 5amps as well but will take a little longer to charge.

Looks like it is out of balance (4.2 - 4.0), I have seen tolerances of 4.2 - 4.18 which I think is still fine.
