If I'm taking it easy then my car is much more likely to die with a low fuel level. If I'm running hard on the track with slightly rich settings I can just about completly drain the tank before it dies.
How much fuel do you have to have in the tank to not have air bubbles in you pick up line?
Very small amount in tank before it starts stalling, 2-3mm in tank before this starts happening. I think its when I take a corner the fuel gets pushed to side and then air gets in line.
I really dont think its over heating or running lean. My local hobby shop gave me a 'safe' tune because i wont be racing just yet, it doesnt even get that hot, when I do a spit test there is a little steam but it doesnt sizzle or even bubble, just sits there fore a bit.
