In hot weather things have to run hotter. Especially with the same plug. I use to race tune my engine around 230 at my home track. In 115 I was at 250. It was fine. It was new for me as at home I never run that hot. Every engine is different. You have to know what the engine likes and tune to smoke and sound. I can usually feel and hear what the engine wants and needs. It comes with experience. Best of Luck.

I need to try different plugs to see how that effects the temp and tune. Houston or someone else would have the answer to that question right away.
