Hello Bob,
Your servo has been checked in and is in line to be looked at by our technicians. Without the purchase receipt the technicians will have to use the production code on the servo do decide whether or not to cover the servo under warranty. I can't promise you will receive the servo by the 31st, but i will try to get your servo to the front of the line for you.
