It is kicking out in right tight turns and not to the left.
Going to check the steering as well as that is the only thing different to the other car.
The good car has the old steering system on it and the bad car has the 2009 parts on it for the steering(1 piece steering crank).

I highly doubt it is the SETTING of the car that will give you 180.....kicking out 180 is definitely either something in transmission department is binding, broken parts or your tires is not gribbing the surface due to unglue or splitting.
I had similar situation occured on outdoor parking lot, and indoor carpet track. Once I sees the car doing this, I always found 1 of the rear tire's sidewall are unglued. Happened almost all the time in every cases.
