The reason I asked about the off-road version is my LHS had one on the shelf. I've been looking to down-up-grade from my OS 18CVR which just doesnt rev very fast for desent acceleration. The choices at the LHS were this off-road version or an OS 12TZ, which was $50 more. I decided to get the off-road Red Dot and so far I am loving it in the NTC3. Insane power, awesome acceleration, and our track really isnt even big enough for its power band, which is easily solveable by gearing. I may have the LHS order the on-road version and put the one I have now in my RC10GT for the dirt track.
