Yes it all fits. Do yourself a favor and install an eb mods head button it's the best 40 buck upgrade I have ever done. It says it's for the mugen ninja engine but it's the same as the vspec. I put one in my speed and it was a noticable increase in power and torque. It will increase your mileage because you are not on the gas as hard.
