shane if you want to stick with a 3 shoe setup may i suggest the ofna line of shoes i am currently running the lightened red shoes with my RC8 at the moment with 2 1.0mm sprngs and a 1.1mm spring.
this is a great setup for our track which is quite loose.
OFNA do make quite a few different shoes so its up to you and you get the 2 sets of springs 1.0 and 1.1mm with each set of shoes you buy.
