I have. Twice. Works great and lots o' fun. Losi put all the parts into one bag but I can't find it right now. At our LHS there is a bag sitting on the wall and if no one has posted it by then I'll post it up.
The conversion is only, Front/Rear shock towers, Front/Rear body posts, Front bumper, and I think there is no hardware included. Also needed would be a set of front shocks to mount on the rear. All total is like $125.
