+1 on the alloy shoes and 1.1 mm springs on the 7 port - perfect combo. The 7 is wicked with this set up. I have found (on our track surfaces anyway) that 1.0 mm or weaker springs on the 7 make it really boggy down low, out of the corners. The 7 needs to spool up a bit before the clutch hits - then look out Having said that, it's not a violent hook up with mega wheelspin, it just gets down and hauls butt.
