You can make adjustments with clutch set up/ gearing, and pipe. I think the V-spec and ninja are pretty much the same powerband and overall performance with the Ninja being better quality and longer lasting. I have not seen anyone complain about a good working Ninja, or V-spec...people taking podiums all over the world with stock V-spec's Dreaux!
