Doc, some things I notice is that you try to tune your engine right after you fire it up, you need it to get a good running temp and then start tuning, other thing is your clutch, the one you are using is not good on the 7 Port, it doesn't feel good power, and that's why you probably have to go lean on your HSN, buy some Aluminum Clutch Shoes with 1.1 springs, that's what I run and my 7 Port is already very snappy with barely 12 tanks in it.

Dynamite 086 for the 3 Port, I would also suggest leaving your temp gun in your tool box and tune by performance lol
