my practice tyres get replaced when the inserts are showing
race tyres get demoted to practice tyres when the grip drops off or after the race meeting
but i am now using the Sorex32's and the grip lasts right down to the cords and they are grippy on our track
got a set on my spare car that i use for training and they wont wear out !!!!
just stock driving though
