Here is an update of what I found. pics are above

1) Left Setup per the manual, 2mm spacer under damper tube, 4.5mm x 1.8mm o-ring over spacer, 12X spring, 42mm front tire and all spacers under steering block. Had to add a thin 0.8mm shim under spring collar to get tension on the spring. Ride height 4.5mm

2) Right setup, no 2mm spacer, 0.8mm shim under arm but damper tube is flush with chassis, no spacer under spring collar, 42mm tire, ride height 4.5mm with outer spring adjustments needed.

3rd pic is the 2mm spacer + O-ring on left side.

I noticed the 12M springs fit fit with manual setup but 12X springs are shorter thus not able to add tension to the spring.
