LOL, that's funny, I was wondering the same thing. I know it is used to adjust the tweak on the sway bar, but how to do that I don't know. 
At one point, I thought that is some kind of ON/OFF switch of the secret "NOS" bottle..........."2 of those, the big one" thing......LOL
