Well the shocks were still quite good, the oil was a little greyish after 6 months and looked more like sludge.
But it was my practice set, so couldn't be bothered to rebuild them.
And they don't get that dirty on the outside, i only run on pertinent tracks which are quite clean.
And if your shocks are getting dirty from your exhaust pipe your engine is running to rich.
