You were not charged for the warranty. If you would have been charged for it you would have paid $395.99 for the packs rather than the $362.99 that you did pay. So you did get the warranty for Free. And As is said there is no issue with that pack a cell having that little bit of a difference isn't going to nor will it make any difference at all. The pack is fine. But if you feel you need to have it checked out I would suggest you send it to us if your that concerned about it. We are more than happy to take a look at it.
